1. General terms

This document containing the terms and conditions of use of the www.officedent.ro site (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") establishes the conditions under which any person can visit or access the www.officedent.ro site, or can use in any way the services offered through the Site.

In terms of the Terms and Conditions: "Site" further means the website www.officedent.ro; "Site Administrator" further means S.C. OFFICE DENT RO SRL with headquarters in 5A Laboratorului str., Ploiesti; "Service" means any service offered on the Site, and/or any module or component thereof; "User" further means any person who visits or accesses the Site, who creates an account on the Site or who wishes to use in any way or actually uses the Service.

In case of impossibility to reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved by the competent Romanian court within the territorial radius of the municipality of Ploiesti.
